This auction is for 40 different Bronze Age issues of IRON MAN, from Marvel, starting in November, 1972.  They feature all his foes and allies!  These are UK "pence" books, or variants.  They are from the same printing/press run as the original U.S. editions, all of which were printed in Sparta, New Jersey.  The only difference is the price on the cover.  In fact, price variant books, because of their short runs, were almost always printed first.  Then plates were changed for the U.S. run.  This generally means the pence books often had better registration and color then their U.S. counterparts.  These books all have nice pages (white to slightly off white).  No junk!  Included are:  #52 (FN/VFN), #56 (VFN), #61 (VFN), #62 (VFN-) #63 (VFN), #64 (VFN), #73 (VFN), #74 (VFN), #79 (FN/VFN), #81 (FN/VFN), #82 (VFN), #83 (FN+), #84 (FN/VFN), #87 (VFN), #88 (FN+), #89 (FN/VFN), #90 (FN/VFN), #91 (FN/VFN), #92 (FN+), #94 (FN/VFN), #95 (FN+ Store Stamp), #96 (VFN-), #97 (FN/VFN), #99 (FN Name on Cover), #102 (FN/VFN), #103 (FN), #104 (FN/VFN), #105 (FN/VFN), #106 (FN+), #107 (FN/VFN), #108 (FN+), #109 (VFN-), #110 (VFN-), #111 (VFN), #127 (VFN-), #129 (VFN-), #130 (VFN-), #134 (VFN-), #136 (VFN-) and #137 (VFN). 
These are from the collection of Patrick Ferry, who hailed from Dublin, Ireland.  He was rather a remarkable person and collector.   He owned the first comic shop in Dublin and collected American Comics across all genres.
