Shipping: We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail which is the quickest and safest shipping method that the Postal Service provides. We do reserve the right to ship higher priced and or larger items via UPS/Fed Ex as deemed necessary. This is solely to ensure the safety of the item being shipped. Returns/Refunds: Returns and refunds will only be accepted if we significantly misrepresent an item! NO EXCEPTIONS. Many of the items we sell are antique and well over 100 years old. Inherently, these items will have some minor or light wear. Any major flaws and or damage (ie. Chips, cracks, general wear/tear) will be clearly disclosed in the item description and with photographs, but trust me sometimes mistakes happen and we are willing to work out immediately.
